How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Script to Success subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
On iPhone: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Script to Success → Cancel Subscription.
On Android: Open the Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Script to Success → Cancel Subscription.
Once cancelled, you’ll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account permanently?
→ Open the Script to Success app.
→ Tap Settings.
→ Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
→ Confirm your choice when prompted.
All data linked to your account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
What happens to my progress and data if I uninstall the app?
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or data. To permanently remove your data, follow the Delete Accountsteps within the app.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and follow the prompts to reset your password using your registered email address.
I didn’t receive my verification or reset email — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, email admin@scripttosuccess.com.au and a team member will be in touch shortly.
Can I use Script to Success on multiple devices?
Yes. As long as you sign in using the same account, your progress, preferences, and mentor tips will sync automatically across devices.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through your app store account. You will receive a renewal confirmation from Apple or Google once processed.
Do you offer refunds?
All payments are handled directly through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds must be requested through the respective store’s support channels, as Script to Success cannot process refunds directly.
Will deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No — deleting your account removes your data but does not automatically cancel your active app store subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately via your Apple or Google account before deleting your account.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling it?
At this stage, pausing subscriptions is not supported. You can cancel anytime and re-subscribe when you’re ready — your progress will remain linked to your account if you sign back in.
Why am I still being charged after uninstalling the app?
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel your plan through your app store account to stop future charges.
Is Script to Success safe for minors?
Yes. The app is designed with wellbeing and personal development in mind and adheres to app store age ratings and content standards.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. Script to Success never sells personal data. Your information is encrypted and handled in line with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
