Welcome to Script to Success (“the App”), operated by Script to Success Pty Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “user”) and us. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Availability & Eligibility

• The App is currently available to users located in Australia and India.

• By using the App, you confirm you are a resident of one of these regions.

• Access from other countries may cause certain features to fail or function incorrectly.

• The App is intended for individuals aged 15 and older.

• Users under 15 must have parental or guardian consent before creating an account.

2. Licence & Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, tools, videos, and code — is owned by Script to Success Pty Ltd.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You must not:

• Screenshot, record, or capture content.

• Copy, share, repost, or distribute any material outside the App.

• Modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit any part of the App.

Breaches may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.

• Post or share offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, explicit, or illegal content.

• Share private information (your own or others’) such as addresses or phone numbers.

• Use the App for spamming, advertising, or commercial purposes.

• Attempt to hack, damage, or bypass security.

• Misuse community chats, notifications, or features in ways that harm others.

4. Community Chats & User Content

The community chat exists to encourage learning, support, and conversation.

• All posts and messages (“User Content”) are your responsibility.

• We may monitor, moderate, edit, or remove content that breaches these Terms.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.

• You grant us a licence to display and moderate your content for the purpose of operating the App.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of User Content.

5. Safety, Guidance & Advice

Script to Success provides educational content, tools, and general guidance across topics such as health, wellbeing, finance, career, and personal development.

Our information is based on trusted research, best practices, and expert knowledge, but it is not professional advice.

The content in the App is designed to guide and support you, but should always be treated as general information only.
You should do your own research and, where needed, seek independent professional advice (medical, financial, or legal).

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results — everyone’s progress will differ. You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy & Community Policy.

By using the App, you consent to our collection and handling of data as outlined in that Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and secure.

7. Account & Device Responsibility

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

• You must not share your account or login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

• We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from lost or shared credentials or stolen devices.

8. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Script to Success operates on a subscription basis through the App Store or Google Play.

• New users receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled beforehand.

• If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the next billing period.

All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable. This means:

• If you cancel during a billing period, you won’t receive a refund for the remaining time.

• You will still have access until your current period ends.

All purchases and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play, not by Script to Success.
Prices or terms may change, but you’ll always be notified before changes take effect.

9. Outages & Technical Issues

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access.
We’re not responsible for any loss of data, streaks, or progress caused by:

• Outages or downtime

• Technical bugs or maintenance

• Third-party issues beyond our control

10. Content Removal & Suspension

We may remove content or restrict access to protect users, maintain safety, and uphold community standards. Repeated or serious breaches can lead to account suspension or permanent removal.

11. Liability Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Script to Success Pty Ltd is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage caused by reliance on App content.

• Harm, conflict, or misinformation from other users.

• Technical errors, outages, or issues beyond our control.

Your use of the App and any actions you take based on its content are entirely at your own risk.
We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or outcomes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
However, for testing and operational purposes, authorised access by verified developers in India is permitted.

Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
