Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Script to Success (“the App”), operated by Script to Success Pty Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “user”) and us. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Availability & Eligibility
The App is currently available only to users located in Australia.
By using the App, you confirm you are an Australian resident.
Access from overseas is not supported and may cause features to fail.
The App is intended for individuals aged fifteen (15) and older.
Users under 15 must have parental or guardian consent before creating an account.
2. Licence & Intellectual Property
All content, tools, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, audio, video, features, and code inside the App are owned by Script to Success Pty Ltd.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not:
Screenshot, screen record, or otherwise capture any content.
Copy, share, repost, publish, or distribute App content outside the App.
Modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the App or its content.
Breaches may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, bully, intimidate, threaten, or harm other users.
Post, share, or promote offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, explicit, illegal, or unsafe content.
Share personal information (yours or others’) such as addresses, phone numbers, or financial details.
Use the App for advertising, spamming, or commercial solicitation.
Attempt to hack, disable, damage, or bypass security or access restrictions.
Misuse features such as chats, tasks, or notifications in ways that cause harm or disruption.
4. Community Chats & User Content
Community chats are provided to foster peer learning, advice, and support.
All posts, messages, and uploads (“User Content”) remain your responsibility.
We may monitor, moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeat or serious violations.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and moderate your User Content for the purpose of operating the App.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or reliability of User Content.
5. Safety, Guidance & Advice
The App provides educational content, tools, and general guidance across areas including health, mental wellbeing, finance, career, and personal development.
This content is provided to help and guide you but is not professional advice.
We do not guarantee outcomes, improvements, or success as a result of using the App.
You should always do your own research and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice if you are unsure.
You are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy & Community Policy.
By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of your information as outlined in that Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and private.
7. Account & Device Responsibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You must not share your account with others.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and the security of your device.
We are not liable for unauthorised access caused by loss, theft, or sharing of login details.
8. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds
The App operates on a subscription basis. Payment is charged through the App Store at the rate shown at the time of purchase.
New users are entitled to a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription fee will automatically be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
If you do not cancel before the free trial expires, you will be charged for the next subscription period.
All subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable. This means:
If you cancel partway through a paid subscription period, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of that period.
Access to the App will continue until the end of the billing period, after which your subscription will end.
All purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the App Store and are subject to its terms. We cannot process or override these transactions.
Prices and subscription terms may change. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.
9. Outages & Technical Issues
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App.
We are not responsible for loss of streaks, progress, or data caused by outages, technical issues, updates, or third-party failures.
10. Content Removal & Suspension
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access at our discretion to protect the safety of the community and integrity of the App.
11. Liability Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Script to Success Pty Ltd is not liable for:
Losses or damages caused by reliance on App content.
Harm or disputes caused by other users.
Technical errors, outages, or breaches beyond our control.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
